Unnatural Wonder

Many of you may have heard of the Garbage Patch. The mass of garbage in the pacific ocean which is twice the surface area of Texas, the North Pacific Gyre. I chose to upload this particular video because it is infromative and powerful. Take a look at the video posted below.

Grades... Fun.

As this blog is an assingment for my English class, my English teacher has requested that we right about our grades. Being that I have a 96.25% in this class I think I'm doing pretty darn good. I could try even harder in this class and get a higher grade but that that would be way to much work. I have many other activities going on, (Cheer, Student Body, and Model UN) which may not seem like much but it really is. To get this grade all I have been doing is all my work. THATS IT! It is really easy to get a good grade all you have to do is do the work and pay attention in class.

Guerr Bears United!

At my school we have a special class called advisory. In advisory we just talk about our days and do fun stuff. Anyways, we named our little group the Guerr Bears. Why Guerr you may ask, it's because our advisory teacher's name is Mr. Guerra. Get it? We created a flag so we could represent our Guerr Bear pride at school functions, I have posted a picture of it below. Take a minute to admire it's awesomeness.

Banksy

This picture has so much to say for itself. It's ironic, revoltionary, and inspring. The man in the image looks angry and prepared to fights but instead of a weapon in his hand he is suprisingly holding a boquet of flowers. The flowers are more detialed than the man as well. I believe the man is fighting, fighting for something he believes in, I believe that something is the flowers. That is also why the flowers are so much more colorfu because it is not who is fighting for the cause that matters but the cause which he is fighting for.

"Sorry I'm Late"

Sorry I'm Late was ingenious! It was absolutely mesmerizing. The details were amazing and it had an unique flare to it. It will captivate you and keep you wondering what scenario will happen next. My favorite scene is the underwater setting, using the blue cellophane was extremely creative. Though the video had tons of crazy patterns and many themes to it, I didn't feel overwhelmed. It still felt "polished". The producers used to concept of depth perception to make this video truly unique.

Sing Sang Sung - Air

The Air video (which is posted below) put me into a trace-like state. It was so original and captivating! Just when you thought you knew what was going on and what was going to happen, something different would occur. The video and the music were also a perfect match, they complimented each other really well. All the thought and creativity really shined. I hope my next video can be this amazing!

Beautiful Image.

I think is this picture can be defined as beautiful because it captures the beauty of simplicity. We forget how the simple things are often of the most fascinating. This picture has a relaxed, classic feel which I really love. It makes you wish you were in the picture and makes you want to be able to walk up and down the street, maybe peek into the coffee shop on the corner or make a snow angel in the snow. This image is a work of art. Feel to comment below!

Warm-Up! Little Red Riding Hood

This video was extremely well done and very entertaining. It was really creative and made me laugh, so I liked it. I loved all the little details they put into it and the music they used. I feel the music put a modern twist on the class in story of Little Red Riding Hood. I didn't particularly dislike anything in this video. This video changed my view on cross-curricular projects by showing me you can do more than just a poster. There are so many options and creative things you can do for these projects. The people who created this video put quite a bit of time into it, and it clearly showed. I would love to do projects that are up to this standard.
